We understand buying a new home is a large investment, and we strive to treat our customers with dignity and respect. At A&L Homes, you don’t have to worry about hidden fees or surprise expenses. We are honest and up front from the start. We present you with our bottom dollar price from the beginning with no-haggle pricing.

1. Let’s Talk

The first step is to simply give us a call, send us an email, or stop by. We are eager to assist.

2. Product(s) Review

The second step is to look at your options and familiarize yourself with the types of home styles that are available.

3. Floor Plan Selection

Once you have focused on the type of house you are looking for, then we work with you to select a floor plan that meets your needs and desires.

4. Pricing

After we have selected the type of home and the floor plan, then we look at the cost associated with the purchase of your home. The great thing about A&L Homes is that we are very flexible with features and can adjust to meet your pricing requirements.

5. Site Visit

Our certified installer will visit your lot before final papers are signed. 

6. Financing

You may apply to our lenders, Cascade, 21st Mortgage, and Alliance, or you can contact a local bank. A construction loan is required through a local bank. We encourage you to call us or come into our office; we will be happy to walk you through your financing options.

7. Purchasing

Once the order has been sent to Fleetwood, the build time will begin. Once the home is built, it will be delivered to A&L Homes. This process could take up to 6 weeks. 

 

8. Move In

Move into your new home and create a lifetime of cherished memories. Your custom-built sanctuary will be the foundation for a future filled with love, laughter, and unforgettable experiences.
